Office tenancy cleaning is the cleaning of the office space a business leases or occupies, arranged by that business rather than by the building owner. It covers the areas your team uses every day, from desks and kitchens to meeting rooms and washrooms.
In a multi-tenant building, the owner usually arranges cleaning of the shared lobby, lifts and common areas (base building cleaning), while each tenant arranges cleaning of its own space. Tenancy cleaning is that second part.
Often, the building will have a preferred cleaning contractor, along with other preferred contractors, to maintain security and access control.
